Work It Out

After working out we want our hair to look a tad presentable instead of the drenched, hair pressed to our face, overly exhausted look. Don’t shy away from the gym because of your hair-tame it! 
 For natural beauties, the braid out can be our best friend. You can always add a headband to keep stray hair away.



The bun! Quick, simple and effective. It keeps hair out of our face and easier to manage after your workout-drenched hair is a NO GO.



Braids in various styles are great for working out. If your braids consist of weave make sure to wash and moisturize just as you would your own hair. Hydrate, rejuvenate and an intense condition once or twice a month will keep your hair healthy. 

Working out is enough energy without worrying about our hair, keeping it healthy can be simple as the styles we implement.
