After working out we want our hair
to look a tad presentable instead of the drenched, hair pressed to our
face, overly exhausted look. Don’t shy away from the gym because of your hair-tame it!
Braids in various styles are great for working out. If your braids consist of weave make sure to wash and moisturize just as you would your own hair. Hydrate, rejuvenate and an intense condition once or twice a month will keep your hair healthy.
