How your hair can minimize your expenses towards your education

Are you heading off to college? Heading to cosmetology school? Getting additional training to advance your career? If so, the"Science of Black Hair" Scholarship provided by the Science of Black Hair could help you minimize your expenses towards your education.

The Science of Black Hair Forum is open to young men and women of color who will be pursuing any form of study during the 2012-2013 school year. The Scholarship Contest is open to High School, College, Technical, and Graduate School students.

To be considered, you must write a reflective essay describing how your textured hair has affected various aspects of your life from dating, to career choice, self esteem, family relationships, etc. You may write about your hair memories, challenges, triumphs, and anything hair - related that has impacted your life in any way.
